A magnetic tape is just a simple magnet strip that has an adhesive at the back for a more convenient use. Magnets have been around for a long time and it was said that it was the ancient Chinese and Greeks who were able to discover the magnetic properties of lodestones. This attraction is known as the Ferromagnetism. While the attraction created between a magnet and a diamagnetic material is called diamagnetism. Metals like copper, silver, lead and gold are diamagnetic.

Magnetic tape is good to have around the office and in the house. A magnetic tape is a good way to affix something in the wall without destroying the wall or needing to drive a hole through the wall. Offices can use the magnetic tape in their bulletin boards to post notices and announcements for the employees and the office staffs. Decorating the house would be a snap with a magnetic tape in hand since you can easily just cut or tear a piece that you will need. If you want to decorate your vehicle with a sticker but you want to protect the paint of your car, then you can just use this type of tape since it won’t ruin the paint in your vehicle.
You can also tell your children to decorate their rooms with the use of magnetic tape since children’s interest in certain things would often change so they would be changing their wall and bedroom decorations from time to time which could lead to a lot of damages to wall surfaces and the paints if they will use nails and other strong adhesives, but with the magnetic tape, you are assured that the wall surfaces and paints will be safe.
The use and application of the magnetic tape is very easy with no mess and hassles involve and you can easily just reposition the tape if you need to and it will still stick to the wall. Unlike the other adhesives which would immediately loose its adhesive property when it is repositioned. When you want to take off the magnetic tape, you can just easily peel it off from a wall or a surface without it leaving and adhesive residue, so there would be no clean up needed. It is normally sold in full rolls or smaller sheets for easier handling.
